Istanbul, Turkey – The protracted transfer saga of Nigerian superstar Victor Osimhen has reached its thrilling conclusion!

Victor Osimhen Seals Galatasaray Move in €75m Deal

Galatasaray have secured the prolific striker from Napoli, with a definitive “here we go!” signaling that a verbal pact is now in place and club-to-club document exchange is set to commence within the next 24 hours.

This blockbuster transfer, valued at a total of €75 million, sees Galatasaray commit to an initial payment of €40 million now, followed by a further €35 million to be paid in one year.

In addition to the fixed fees, Napoli will also receive 10% on future profit from any subsequent sale of Osimhen, along with a goals-based bonus, indicating performance incentives for the Nigerian forward.

A significant and unique clause in the agreement dictates that Victor Osimhen cannot be sold to any Italian club for a period of two years.

This “anti-Italy” clause, reportedly insisted upon by Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis, aims to prevent Osimhen from resurfacing with a Serie A rival in the near future.

Osimhen, who spent a highly successful loan spell at Galatasaray last season, scoring an impressive 37 goals in 41 appearances, made his desire to make the move permanent clear.

His remarkable form for the Turkish champions was pivotal in their domestic success and convinced the club to make this record-breaking investment.

This deal marks one of the most expensive acquisitions in Turkish football history and is a massive statement of intent from Galatasaray as they prepare for both domestic and European campaigns.

Football fans in Istanbul and across Nigeria are celebrating this monumental transfer, eager to see their star striker lead the line for the Süper Lig giants.
