Jude Bellingham has opened up about his feelings after England’s Euro 2024 campaign and his impressive first season at Real Madrid.
The young English midfielder admitted to feeling “mistreated” after the Euros, stating, “I lost my smile a little bit.” He believes he may have been made a scapegoat for the team’s performance.
However, Bellingham’s move to Real Madrid has reignited his passion for the game.

“I feel the smell again, so I’m going for that,” he said, hinting at his ambition to continue scoring goals and winning trophies.
Jude Bellingham also shared his thoughts on the recent Ballon d’Or award, suggesting that the prize should have gone to a Real Madrid player, particularly Vinicius Junior.
“In my opinion, the Ballon d’Or should have gone to Real Madrid. Particularly Vinicius,” he stated.
Despite the disappointment of the Euros, Bellingham’s impressive performances for Real Madrid have cemented his status as one of the most promising young talents in world football.
