Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City have officially signed and exchanged all documentation to finalize the transfer of 27-year-old Egyptian international forward Omar Marmoush.
The transaction is structured as an initial season-long loan carrying a compulsory purchase obligation of €58 million (~£50m), with up to €12 million (£10m) in performance-related add-ons, taking the total financial package up to €70 million.
