Midfield dynamo Eduardo Camavinga has been officially ruled out of the squad, but the reason isn’t a torn muscle or a twisted ankle—it’s a severe toothache.
The news, first reported by Cope and later confirmed by the club’s squad announcement, comes as a frustrating blow for manager Álvaro Arbeloa.
Camavinga reportedly missed Sunday’s final training session to undergo emergency dental treatment. While the issue is considered minor in the long term, the pain and subsequent procedure were enough to sideline him for tonight’s capital derby.
A Midfield Crisis Deepens
The timing of this dental disaster is particularly “bitter” for Los Blancos. Arbeloa is currently navigating a significant injury crisis in the center of the park:

- Dani Ceballos: Still in the treatment room.
- Kylian Mbappé: Missing due to ongoing knee discomfort.
