AS Roma is undergoing significant changes behind the scenes as legendary coach Claudio Ranieri has confirmed that sporting director Florent Ghisolfi has left the club with immediate effect.
The news, which had been circulating, was verified by Ranieri, who is now serving as a director and senior advisor to the ownership following Gian Piero Gasperini’s appointment as the new head coach.
Ghisolfi, who joined Roma in the summer of 2024 from Nice, has concluded his spell in the Italian capital after only one year. His departure signals a clear shift in the club’s management structure.
