London, UK – It’s official! Arsenal Football Club has confirmed the signing of Swedish international striker Viktor Gyökeres from Sporting CP, with the prolific frontman set to wear the iconic No. 14 shirt, famously associated with club legend Thierry Henry.
The transfer has been finalized after Arsenal and Sporting reached a total agreement on a substantial fee of €63.5 million guaranteed, plus an additional €10 million in achievable add-ons, bringing the total potential cost to €73.5 million.
