London, UK – Chelsea are accelerating their player outgoings, with both Armando Broja and Lesley Ugochukwu set to join Burnley on permanent deals.

Chelsea Confirm Outgoing Players, Ugochukwu to Burnley, Dewsbury-Hall Next

This aggressive move to streamline the squad and generate funds is expected to be followed swiftly by the transfer of Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall to Everton.

According to reports from trusted sources, including @David_Ornstein, Ugochukwu has also accepted the move to Burnley.

The 21-year-old French midfielder, who spent last season on loan at relegated Southampton, is scheduled to undergo his medical at Turf Moor.

The deal is for a permanent transfer, with Ugochukwu expected to sign a five-year contract.

The agreement for Ugochukwu’s transfer comes after Chelsea also finalized a deal for striker Armando Broja to join Burnley.

Broja, a product of Chelsea’s academy, has also reportedly agreed on a permanent move with a medical and long-term contract already in place.

This deal is believed to be worth up to £20 million, which would be pure profit for Chelsea due to his academy status.

The moves for both Ugochukwu and Broja signal a clear intent from Chelsea to trim their squad and comply with financial fair play regulations.

The club has been busy with numerous incoming transfers this summer, and the sales of these two players, along with others, will help balance the books and provide funds for further signings.

The next player expected to leave Stamford Bridge is Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, with Everton having submitted an official bid for the permanent transfer of the 26-year-old midfielder. Club-to-club talks are reportedly underway, and Chelsea are said to be open to the deal.

Dewsbury-Hall, who joined Chelsea last summer from Leicester City, struggled for regular playing time, and a move to Everton would offer him the opportunity for a more prominent role.

With these transfers, Chelsea’s new coach Enzo Maresca and the club’s board are moving quickly to shape the squad for the upcoming season, with a focus on both new arrivals and strategic outgoings.
