Tottenham Hotspur have officially confirmed the appointment of Thomas Frank as their new head coach, replacing Ange Postecoglou.
The Dane has put pen to paper on a contract that will see him lead the club until June 2028.

This swift appointment follows the surprising sacking of Postecoglou, despite his recent Europa League triumph.
Tottenham’s board reportedly opted for a change due to the team’s disappointing 17th-place finish in the Premier League.
Frank arrives from Brentford, where he earned widespread acclaim for his transformative work.
Over seven years, he guided the Bees from the Championship to the Premier League in 2021 and successfully established them as a top-flight side, consistently outperforming expectations.
Tottenham will pay Brentford a compensation fee in the region of £10 million to secure Frank’s services.
He is expected to bring some of his key backroom staff with him to North London, including Justin Cochrane (First Team Assistant Coach), Chris Haslam (Head of Performance & First Team Assistant Coach), and Joe Newton (First Team Coach Analyst).
Andreas Georgson will also join as a First Team Assistant Coach from Manchester United.
Frank’s first Premier League match in charge will be revealed when the 2025/26 fixtures are released on Wednesday, June 18th.
Before then, he will lead Spurs on a pre-season tour of Asia. The club is hoping that Frank’s proven track record of player and squad development, combined with his progressive and innovative coaching style, will usher in a new era of consistent success at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
