MANCHESTER, England – Manchester United manager Rúben Amorim has confirmed a significant injury setback, stating that defender Noussair Mazraoui will be sidelined until the upcoming international break.

While the full details of the injury have not been fully disclosed, the setback comes shortly after Mazraoui returned from a previous issue.
The Moroccan international had sustained a thigh injury earlier this season, which he originally picked up during the club’s opening pre-season friendly against Leeds United in July.
He recently made his return to action, but has apparently suffered a new problem, forcing him back to the treatment room.
Amorim’s timeframe suggests that the full-back’s focus will now shift to regaining full fitness and being ready for selection once the players return from their respective national team duties in the middle of October.
