Liverpool, UK – Everton have made an official move to sign Chelsea midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, submitting a formal bid for a permanent deal.

Club-to-club talks are now underway, with Chelsea reportedly open to the option of selling the 26-year-old.
The Toffees, managed by David Moyes, are keen to bolster their midfield options and see Dewsbury-Hall as a key target.
He is a player they have reportedly been interested in for a number of weeks.
Dewsbury-Hall joined Chelsea just last summer from Leicester City for around £30 million, following his former manager Enzo Maresca to Stamford Bridge.
However, he struggled to secure regular playing time in the Premier League, making just 13 appearances and only two starts. He did, however, feature prominently in Chelsea’s successful UEFA Europa Conference League and FIFA Club World Cup campaigns.
Despite his limited league minutes, Dewsbury-Hall is still highly regarded for his technical ability, energy, and work rate. Everton, who are looking to strengthen their squad after a busy summer that has seen them sign several new players, believe he can be a key player for them.
Chelsea are reportedly seeking to recoup a significant portion of the £30 million they paid for him last summer and are open to a sale for the right price.
The Blues are in the process of thinning out their squad, and the potential sale of Dewsbury-Hall would help them in their pursuit of other targets, such as RB Leipzig’s Xavi Simons.
Discussions on the terms of the deal are ongoing, and both clubs are working to reach an agreement. Other clubs, including Fulham and West Ham United, have also been linked with the midfielder, but Everton appear to be in pole position to secure his signature.
