VILLARREAL, SPAIN – Villarreal are on the verge of officially confirming the acquisition of Ghanaian international midfielder Thomas Partey, who joins the club as a free agent after his contract with Arsenal expired.
The 32-year-old has reportedly signed a two-year deal with the Spanish side, with an option for a further year, marking his return to La Liga where he previously enjoyed a successful spell with Atlético Madrid.
