Former Arsenal and Manchester City midfielder Patrick Vieira has been appointed as the new head coach of Serie A side Genoa.
The French legend, who has previously managed Nice and Crystal Palace, will take charge of the Italian club immediately.
This appointment marks Vieira’s return to Italian football, where he enjoyed a successful playing career with Juventus.
