Oliver Glasner to Leave Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner has officially confirmed he will depart Selhurst Park at the end of the season.

Speaking in a press conference on Friday, the 51-year-old revealed he will not sign a new contract, bringing his tenure to a close this June.
The Austrian tactician disclosed that the decision was made months ago during the October international break following a private dinner with chairman Steve Parish.
“I already informed the club months ago that I wanted a new challenge,” Glasner stated. “We agreed to keep it confidential for three months, but now it’s important to have clarity.”
A Historic Legacy
Glasner’s departure marks the end of a transformative era for the Eagles. Since arriving in February 2024, he has:
- Delivered the club’s first-ever major trophy (FA Cup 2025).
- Secured European football for the first time in Palace history.
- Guided the team to their highest-ever Premier League points tally.
What’s Next?
The announcement has immediately put top European clubs on high alert. Glasner is heavily linked with the vacant Manchester United job, which is currently held by interim boss Michael Carrick.
Meanwhile, Palace faces a major rebuild. Alongside Glasner’s exit, captain Marc Guéhi is reportedly in the “final stages” of a move to Manchester City.
