PORTO, PORTUGAL – FC Porto have submitted an official bid for Arsenal defender Jakub Kiwior, with the proposal now having been received by the London club.
The move marks a significant step forward in a transfer saga that has been ongoing since July and shows Porto’s determination to sign the Polish international.
The offer from the Portuguese club is a loan deal with an obligation to buy, for a total package in excess of €25 million, including add-ons.
